Comprehensive Inspection

Includes the inspection of and corrective action for the following:

• Caulking and Seals: will be inspected to ensure that no failures have occurred. Re-caulk will be completed as necessary.
  
  
• Checks: larger than 1/2” will receive backer rod and caulk with Conceal colored caulk to match stain.
  
  
• Spouting & Downspouts: will be inspected. Cleaning and debris removal will be completed as necessary.
  
  
• Structural Integrity: logs will be inspected for decayed areas and carpenter bee activity.
  
  
• Windows & Doors: will be inspected, including all seals and door thresholds for leakage. Corrective action will be taken as necessary.
  
  
• Misc: will include the removal of beehives, bird nests,etc.

.... and the inspection and corrective recommendations for the following.

• If the home is chinked, an inspection for chinking failures will be performed.
  
  
• Outside spigots will be examined for leaks and drainage issues.
  
  
• Roof splash and water concentrated areas will be examined.
  
  
• Proper location of landscaping in relation to the home will be verified.
  
  
• Roof flashing, valley areas, shingles and ridge cap will be examined.
  
  
• An interior walk-through will be performed to determine if any exterior water infiltration exists.

Stain Application

Includes all of the following:

• Log Cleaning with CPR™ Solution
  
  
• Light Pressure washing of home.
  
  
• Apply one coat of Transformation™ Stain or Cascade™, sprayed and brushed.
  
  
• Mildew & Insecticide treatment
